Emergency Response Services and Benefits

When the idea for this product first came about, our co-founder Tracey Roberts wanted a product that would not only prevent babies and toddlers from facing great danger, but also a product of paramount significance.  To achieve this, he decided to pair the Baby Car Safe product with emergency response services so that it would provide redundant prevention system.  In addition, emergency response personnel could locate and could further provide assistance if necessary.

Once the user has finished with setting up his/her Baby Car Safe product, the user would be registered to use an emergency response service company that would be able to receive alerts and send Police or First Responder to the scene for further assistance.  Unlike other similar products in which they only rely on Bluetooth transmission, Baby Car Safe product uses an escalation of alerts and alarms messages to registered emergency contacts and emergency services via cellular data plan so that it is more reliable and much safer.  Baby Car Safe product intends to have no messages go unanswered.

Integrating the Emergency Services capability significantly improve the safety level in preventing children from being left unattended in the vehicle. This also addresses the second most common hot car death cases which may lead to kids locking themselves in the vehicle without parents’ supervision. Parents are alerted of unauthorized access to their vehicle and these alerts are escalated to emergency services if the parents fail to respond to the alerts.

Every second counts when lives are dependent on First Responders to arrive at the scene and have the ability to locate the correct vehicle, that’s why Baby Car Safe’s product initial set up process is crucial.  The vehicle’s basic information such as type and model of the vehicle, color, plate number are needed during the set-up process.  This way, when First Responders approach the scene, they will be able to reduce the time to locate the right vehicle and proceed to rescue the endangered baby or toddler.  Every life is important, no matter how old, what gender, or which ethnicity is the baby or toddler.  As Larry Barretto (American Novelist, May 1890 – Dec 1971) would say “Babies are bits of stardust, blown from the hand of God”.
